Today's workout called for a 25 min circuit + 20 min of yoga. The day was full of errands and working on my dreaded thesis, so when I hadn't worked out come 6pm I opted for an at home session.
The Circuit:
7 rounds of 2 min/1min/:30 sec rest
2x (2 min kettlebell squats/1min burpees/:30 rest
2 min renegade push ups/1min reverse crunches/:30 rest
2 min walking lunges/1min mountain climbers/:30 rest
round #7- 2 min squats with overhead press/1min plank (30 sec right leg pulses, 30 sec left leg)
Great workout when you're short on time, and burns so good!
